In the City of Auch claire stands next to an Ore Crafter just down the street from the leo wagon. Talk with Claire to socket items, this can cost a bit because the fail rates seem to be around 60%.

Things to remember:

Up to 1S(1 Socket) you will not lose your items
Most items can contain up to 3S some only 2S

To gain jewels you need to collect stones, stones can be found by killing raid or even mini bosses.

It may be fun to fight against clans within your own faction but be wary! Whichever political faction holds the most Colony after the Faction War period is named the Dominant Faction. The President / Grand Duke (Leader of the Political Faction) of the Dominant Faction will become known as the Premier and receive all market deposits as tax. Response to that was a THREAT to take action against my account and the June 2008 election vis was awarded on 7/16 to the current faction leader(Haki) not me? this is also in contradiction to the reply on 7/18 that said they would not be awarded.

hmm...
This is very frustrating.
Very Unbalanced.

I'm really starting to question the management in this game.

What is the truth here? Why did Haki get awarded my tax vis from June 2008 when Haki lost the election? Hopefully neume will give me a reply and not ban me or something for asking.

This will be calculated in Vis, assuming you are selling your cash shop items for 200k per 25Gold.

84 Elite Rifle +0 (26AR) = (10m Vis)

84 Elite Rifle +5 (27AR), Price + 8m Vis for Accels (18m Vis)*

84 Elite Metal +0 (26DR) = (40m Vis)

84 Elite Metal +5 (27DR) Price + 8m Vis for Accels (48m Vis)*

80 Ancestial Rifle +6 (26AR), 72Gold/ea x8 Attempts to +6 = 576Gold or (4.6m Vis)*

80 Ancestial Rifle +7 (27AR), 72Gold/ea x64 Attempts to +7 = 4608 Gold or (36.8m Vis)

80 Ancestial Metal Armor +6 (26DR), 108Gold/ea x8 Attempts = 864Gold or (6.9m Vis)*

80 Ancestial Metal Armor +7 (27DR), 108Gold/ea x64 Attempts = 6912Gold or (55.3m Vis)

So Ancestial is better but only up to +6 or stock Elite. You also have to consider that you can +7 an Elite 84 plus add +3dr/ar to it where Ancestial does not have the option of +ar/dr.

Required: Compelet the Ustir Quest(Get Romina Card)

Chat with Grenmah
go to Curtuos lower left of 10G
You'll see a huge waterfall and a rock walk up around it You should be promted with a message like "You have found a huge waterfall"
Return and talk with Grenmah and get an Exp card
Now for the hard part , go to Skullic Dungeon and kill the raid boss Necro and if you are extremly lucky you'll get a "Necromancer Ring"(Ultra rare).
Now go hunt for Thora and get a key for the Room of the Dead.
Go back and talk with Grenmah, be prepaired to fight.
If you won, talk to Grenmah again and get her card.

So you want an ultra bright Plus 10 weapon, eh?

Well you better save up your vis because it's gong to cost you an arm, leg, foot and then some.

Here is the mathematical equation notes:

Item Cost = IC
Reinforcement Cost(per +1) = RC (this is 1/2 of Item Cost)
Each time you do a reinforcement past +4 your chance of success is 1/2 less than previously.
Here are the numbers without any success enhancers...

+4 to +5 has a 50% chance of success
+5 to +6 has a 25% chance of success

You'll need about 4 +5's to make a single +6

+6 to +7 has a 12.5% chance of success

You'll need about 8 +6's to make a single +7

thats 32 +5's for one +7

+7 on any decent weapon will cost you quite a few vis

+7 to +8 has a 6.25% chance of success

You'll need about 16 +7's to make a single +8

thats about 128 +6's for one +8
or 512 +5's for that one +8

here is where it gets really expensive

+8 to +9 has a 3.125% chance of success

You'll need about 32 +8's to make a single +9

thats about 512 +7's for one +9
or 4096 +6's for that one +9
and that equates to 16384 +5's to make just a single +9 item!

+9 items are ultra rare and usually low level because of how much it costs to make them at any level

+9 to +10 has a 1.5625% chance of success or 98.4375% chance of fail!

You'll need about 64 +9's to make a single +10

thats about 2048 +8's to make a single +10
or 32768 +7's for that one +10
and that equates to 262144 +6's to make just a single +10 item!
quite frankly who would want to make 1,048,576 +5's to get just 1 +10 ultra glowie item?
